I'd been excited for Jason & Adriana's big day for a good while leading up to their big day... at none other than the prestigious Pier One in Sydney. If you're not familiar - it's basically right next to the motherflippin' SYDNEY HARBOUR BRIDGE... With The Rocks, Circular Quay, Walsh Bay, and the Botanic Gardens all at our doorstep, we were absolutely spoilt for choice as to where to shoot what. And sure enough, my favourite part of Sydney didn't disappoint.

Well, the big day finally came around on Saturday. Heaven knows we've all been waiting patiently while Wendy's Facebook Wedding countdown keeps ticking over on our news feeds over the last few months. (I even spotted a new one for for first anniversary! *sigh*)
Anyway, funny old day... The weather could've gone either way. But the best thing was that the sun came out for the 15 minute ceremony. And we hadn't seen it the whole day! Would've been nice for it to hang around a bit longer, but hey - better than not at all.

Luke & Charlotte… the Wedding.
The great thing about weddings is that no two are alike.
I mean, the structure is always pretty standard, but it's the gold, unexpected moments that keep you coming back for more. The moments that grab you when they happen - and you know they'll stick with you forever. There's always at least one.
As the photographer, I reckon I'm in a position to notice them a bit more - I'm always on the hunt for it. And when they come, oh lordy... I do quite love that.
